Almond Chocolate by Royce'

Went to Trinoma yesterday and saw two chocolate stands. Rocye' Chocolate got several variety of products on display and saw a selection of their criollo and and those 80-90% cacao content bitter chocolate both from Ghana and Venezuela. The coin shape of their chocolate is quite unique though.

So for my first try of their chocolate I got an almond chocolate. It was creamy and the almond was toasted nicely so it is deliciously crispy. Still trying to distinguish the smell and taste of the chocolate though.

To know more about the chocolate check their site here:

Definitely I would like to taste the criollo and the bitter ones.
